Equipment financing requirements

Every lender is different. These are the items commonly requested for commercial landscaping equipment.

A clean quote is the first document lenders ask for.

About your business

  • Legal business name and how it is set up (LLC, corp, sole prop)
  • Time in business
  • State where you operate
  • The kind of work you do and who your customers are

About the equipment

  • Type, year, make, model
  • New or used, hours or mileage
  • Serial number or VIN
  • Attachments and their prices

From the seller

  • Written quote or invoice
  • Seller type (dealer, private, auction)
  • Title, bill of sale, and lien release for private sales

Later, in a real application

  • Owner identity and credit authorization — only with a lender's secure process
  • Bank statements or tax returns for larger amounts — only through a secure, approved system
  • Proof of insurance on the equipment

We do not collect identity numbers, bank statements, tax returns, or ID scans on this website today. Document collection is unavailable until a financing program is active and a secure, reviewed system is in place.
